By nature every piece will have variations, and there will be variations within each item. This natural variation is what gives the item its beauty and character. Don’t expect coloration to match from piece to piece.

Warranty Terms

• Residential: frame guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for the life of the product, in non-commercial residential use.
• Commercial: frame guaranteed for one year from purchase date against manufacturer's defects.
• Excluded from Warranty: normal wear and tear, natural weathering, color/finish fading, fabric and cushion issues (fading, mildew, wear), and damage from abuse or improper use.
• Claims require original proof of purchase, must be submitted in writing, and are subject to Tribor's inspection; freight for warranty repairs/replacements is the customer's responsibility.
