• Residential:frame guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for the life of the product, in non-commercial residential use.
• Commercial:frame guaranteed for one year from purchase date against manufacturer's defects.
• Excluded from Warranty:normal wear and tear, natural weathering, color/finish fading, fabric and cushion issues (fading, mildew, wear), and damage from abuse or improper use.
• Claims require original proof of purchase, must be submitted in writing, and are subject to Tribor's inspection; freight for warranty repairs/replacements is the customer's responsibility.
